As a pure new-logo acquisition role, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing net-new business in a market with a limited existing customer base. This role is focused on selling services with embedded technologies. You will own the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and discovery through to deal closure, playing a critical role in driving XBP Europe’s growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a new-business-focused sales strategy aligned with regional services objectives, targeting greenfield opportunities and new logo acquisition.
- Proactively identify, qualify, and convert large, complex, services-led opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from initial engagement through workshops, solution design, and proof-of-concept activities.
- Drive sales across XBP Europe’s broader services portfolio, with a core focus on:
- Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) / Document Processing
