The Sales Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the VP of Sales and broader sales leadership team within a fast-paced traffic control organization. This role plays a critical part in supporting sales execution, coordinating internal processes, and ensuring the team operates efficiently. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Administrative Support

• Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and support travel for sales leadership
• Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials
• Track sales activities, pipelines, and key performance metrics
• Support CRM management (e.g., lead tracking, data accuracy, reporting)
• Serve as a central point of contact between sales, estimating, operations, and leadership
