What You’ll Be Doing As a Sales Effectiveness Analyst Co-op on the National Office Sales Effectiveness team, you will learn about the mass affluent client base and how our Imperial Service Advisors deliver planning and advice to help clients achieve their goals, in partnership with their Financial Planning Consultant colleagues. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: assisting with idea generation and analysis to identify skill gaps and opportunities, working on various initiatives across the team, supporting the development and delivery of content to the frontline Imperial Service and Financial Planning & Advice advisory teams, and contributing to process improvements and enhancements to internal sites and resources.
