Position Details
- University degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales organizations, preferably in the software/technology sector
- Experience managing both Hunter and Farmer teams
- Proven success in large‑scale and complex sales cycles
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data‑driven decisions
- Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
