Job Overview
You will have 6 direct reports and 10 indirect reports. Ideally the role requires residence in the North Shore, South Shore or Greater Montreal Area. Your challenges include overall responsibility of the region: growing the skills and responsibilities of the sales team, increasing revenue and profitability while holding the team accountable for respective metrics.
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement the business development strategy and ensure its execution.
- Structure and optimize the prospecting process and follow‑up with clients in a spirit of partnership.
- Develop and maintain exemplary relationships with customers, partners, colleagues, and vendors.
- Build, develop and guide a team of outside representatives from sales managers to account managers.
- Prepare and manage the budget with full P&L responsibilities.
- Participate in M&A processes for the region.
