Position Details
The Sales Coordinator/Administrator will manage customer tender submissions including preparing quotations and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and accurate proposal responses. The Coordinator/Administrator is the central point of contact to support new business development efforts while securing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Review and analyze RFQs, RFPs, tenders and bid opportunities
Coordinate internal meetings to review requirements, scope, timeline and deliverables
Gather pricing, technical details, service capabilities and supporting documentation
Prepare, compile and submit complete tender responses
Maintain tender calendars, submission schedules and bid tracking reports
Coordinate with internal departments to prepare quotations, ensuring accuracy and maintaining a competitive advantage
