Represent the company as the primary point of contact for all prospective purchasers and homebuyers. Nurture an excellent customer experience from lead through to closing. Establish rapport with visitors and leads; educate customers on available homes, communities, features, options, and pricing. Conduct sales center and model home tours; review site plans, floor plans, elevations, and available upgrades.
