As a Sales Compensation Analyst, you report to the Sales Compensation Lead and work closely with a Senior Analyst. You will be responsible for managing the commission process in CaptivateIQ and ensuring data accuracy. Your analytical skills will assist in building effective compensation plans and improving existing processes to support our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly commission statements accurately
• Work with Revenue Operations for data alignment
• Create and maintain compensation plans in CaptivateIQ
• Monitor data integrity and address discrepancies
• Provide analytical reports as needed
