Provide exceptional client experiences as a Brand Ambassador at the Vancouver outlet, driving sales and maintaining strong client relationships while supporting store operations and after sales service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service and promote the Retail Excellence Program
• Meet and exceed sales targets daily, monthly, and yearly
• Capture client data and maintain client relationships through follow up and after sales service
• Create and foster genuine client relationships to improve KPIs such as UPT and ATV
• Support team in generating new client relationships and maintaining existing ones
• Open and close consignments and process returns and exchanges
• Develop business driving initiatives, contests and events
• Handle customer repairs and advise clients on best fit of pieces
