The Sales Associate works together with other sales associates and Store Management to reach the selling objectives and develop a high-quality relationship with the clients, and promote the brand Emilio Pucci.

Main activities and responsibilities

Sales and customer service

• Manage to achieve sales goals set by the Store Manager
• Contribute to a “top level” customer service, in all aspects, to meet effectively any request of clientele
• Collect, gather and analyse CRM data to leverage the existing client database
• Develop retail excellence behaviours such as personal relationships with customers, individual follow-up of the clientele, after-sales quality issues, selling ceremony
