Mission:
The sales assistant is responsible for analysing price requests, estimating costs and preparing quotations for Gantrex equipment. He/she plays a key role in preparing and following up on sales offers in collaboration with the technical and sales teams.
Responsibilities:
Drafting commercial offers for technical parts for our B2B customers.Following up with customers on quotes sent.Entering customer orders into the ERP system and monitoring their processing in collaboration with the customer service department.Verify order compliance (prices, deadlines, delivery terms).Collaborate with the technical, sales and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Keep customer data and order histories up to date in the ERP system.Participate in the continuous improvement of sales administration processes.
