Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our team in various administrative and operational tasks in our Used Vehicle Operations. The ideal candidate will assist in advertising, inspections, and tracking of paperwork and vehicle condition.

Responsibilities

• Stock vehicles in Hub/CDK and document condition
• Coordinate inspections, reconditioning, and body work
• Track paperwork, TODs, and lease buy-ins/buyouts
• Manage advertising, photos, and listings
• Ensure units are retail-ready post-recon
• Support lot, auction, and general operations
• Create POs and assist with follow-ups (we owe items)

• Previous administration experience would be considered an asset
