**Position Summary**
Manages and coordinates safety activities for the assigned safety team to ensure that all safety requirements are met in the field/facilities.

+ Conduct on-site safety inspections, observations, investigations, and ensure compliance with Cal/OSHA, State, Federal, NIOSH and ANSI rules and regulations.
+ Provides strategic and proactive direction on initiatives that will improve company Environmental, Health and Safety performance through minimizing risks and liabilities.
+ Review and approve critical lift plans to ensure all safety standards and protocols are met to prevent accidents, injuries, or damage to equipment and materials.
+ Track safety metrics, analyze trends, and generate reports to demonstrate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
