Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Ensure the Distribution Centre (DC) complies with and maintains all Workplace Health and Safety (WHS), Quality Management System (QMS/QA), Sustainability, Social Workplace Accountability (SWA) and other tasks as required by legislation and internal policies/procedures.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Workplace Health and Safety:

+ Implement the WHS system and assist with the training and implementation of any changes.

+ Investigate incidents and near misses in a prompt and thorough manner, ensuring any appropriate corrective actions are taken.

+ Ensure incident(s) and investigation documentation is completed accurately and sent to all relevant stakeholders.

+ Coordinate workers’ compensation claims and manages employee injury management and rehabilitation. Maintain compliance with provincial and company requirements, ensuring injured workers are complying...
