Summary About the Position: As a Safety and Occupational Health Specialist located in the Omaha District Safety and Occupational Health Office. This position is responsible for providing critical guidance on all safety related programs that typically include: civil works operation and maintenance of hydroelectric power plants/flood control projects/levee and channel improvement; civil/military programs design and construction;environmental hazardous and toxic waste remediation. Responsibilities As a Senior Safety and Occupational Health Specialist, you will: Assist in the management of the District's Safety and Occupational Health Program which encompasses a large and diverse geographical area.
