Position Details
The purpose of the Team Leader RTR role is to organize and manage own team in order to ensure proper execution and service delivery of Record to Report processes in line with corporate guidelines, internal procedures and functional goals.
The Team Leader is also responsible to run processes in optimized way and make sure that financial reports & analysis are accurate and compliant as per procedures and legislation.

6+ years of proven working experience in finance and accounting or RTR
Strong management skills with a minimum of 3 years people management experience spent directly developing, coaching and mentoring a team
Solid hands-on working knowledge to improve/transform complex integrated RtR processes
Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
Shared service experience is a strong advantage
