The General Ledger Manager for Americas reports directly to the Record to Report Director.
General accounting is a critical area of Record to Report that handles a lot of pressure and interacts with top management stakeholders. The GL Manager is responsible for general accounting for the LATAM and NAM entities under IFRS and the supervision of its direct reports.
The position must ensure compliance with the Service Level Agreements set with clients. This position is currently the backup of the Record to Report Director.
