Job Description Scope

The Senior Solutions Architect CRM provides strategic technical architecture leadership for assigned enhancements of the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee (OPGT) Modernization program, including functionality intentionally sequenced beyond the Minimum Viable Product (MVP).

The role is accountable for defining and governing the end to end solution architecture across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Finance & Operations (F&O), Azure based data platforms, integrations, and supporting enterprise systems within a large, distributed environment.

The Senior Solutions Architect ensures that solution designs align with approved business objectives, enterprise architecture standards, and Microsoft platform best practices.
