Defines the structure and relationship among CRM solutions, including the identification of re-usable components, quality level metrics, the organization and layering of software, and the determination of interfaces. Responsibilities also include developing, implementing and managing CRM solutions in a large and distributed environment, monitor the whole system, understand all interactions between components on a given level of abstraction, as well as to define limitations and requirements for source code.
