ROLE OVERVIEW ATS+Partners is seeking an RPA & Insurance Portal Automation Engineer to own the robotic process automation layer of the City of Brocktons AI automation initiative, with a specific focus on the insurance carrier portal interactions and reconciliation workflows that represent the most operationally complex component of the engagement. This contractor addresses a critical gap against Comparative Criterion B of the RFP, which requires demonstrated experience automating Vehicle Insurance Reconciliation and, advantageously, Health Insurance Reconciliation. Many of the Citys insurance carrier portals, state licensing databases, and vendor registration systems expose no programmatic API, requiring a capable RPA practitioner who understands how to build reliable, supervised automations that interact with live web interfaces.
