As a Roofer, reporting to the Lead Hand, you will install various types of roofs on building modules.
Your work will include:
Installation of roofing materials- Membrane, Shingles and Steel. Installation of insulation, flashing/capping. Retro fit of venting and terminationsRead and understand blueprintsEstimate materials required for roofing projects and delegate tasks to the team based on priorities and deadlinesProficient at commercial T&G, EPDM, Rubber and TPO flat roofsStrength in all types of EPDM; Blasted, fully adhered & mechanically attachedExperienced with repairs, maintenance, and leak inspectionsProficient with tools such as: air nailer's, chop saws, table saws, circular saws,...
