Your role involves engaging with managers to instill a 'Safety First' mentality, performing root cause analyses, and managing incident investigations. A degree in a relevant field and solid experience in health and safety are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create a proactive safety culture across facility
• Lead health and safety meetings and training sessions
• Perform regular safety inspections and audits
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations
• Monitor Health and Safety Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of health and safety experience
• Knowledge of regulatory standards
