About the Role

We are seeking a Robotics Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced robotic manufacturing processes within the Product Development & Automation Group . This role plays a critical part in enabling flexible, repeatable, and high-quality fabrication of military equipment through the integration of industrial robotics and automated systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and layout of robotic manufacturing cells, including overall architecture and workflow optimization.
• Design, develop, and implement robotic processes integrating:
  • Welding systems (MIG, TIG, Laser)
  • Coating systems (liquid and powder)
  • Bending and forming systems
• Select and integrate end-of-arm tooling (EOAT), sensors, and peripheral equipment.
