The RN Supervisor assists in implementing and evaluating health and personal care services for RPH elders in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards and regulations and RPH policies and procedures to ensure that the physical, emotional, and social needs of the elders are met and maintained on an individual basis. RPH serves elders with memory impairment and is licensed and certified by the NYS DOH to provide ALR, SNALR, EALR levels of care.
