Key Responsibilities

Risk Identification and Assessment

• Identifies potential risks to the company’s operations, financial performance and reputation

• Conducts risk assessments to determine the likelihood and impact of identified risks

• Develops and maintain a risk register to track and monitor identified risks

Risk Management Strategy and Policy

• Develops and implement a comprehensive risk management strategy and policy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives
