The position of the Revisions Project Coordinator is responsible for managing client feedback and coordinating the revisions workflow of all language projects.
This role focuses on analyzing post-delivery feedback, re‑delivering files according to the client expectations, and tracking revision data to support quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire revision workflow from feedback receipt to resolution in a fast‑paced environment.
- Analyze the client feedback or edits on projects we deliver to identify their nature – objective vs. stylistic.
- Coordinate all the project phases with internal and external vendors and ensure timely delivery of revised content.
- Track and document all revision cases to identify trends and support quality metrics and reporting.
