The Revenue Analyst will collaborate with Operations to ensure accurate tenant data and facilitate lease renewals in SAP. This position includes preparing legal notices, managing tenant inquiries, and training site staff on revenue procedures. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting CAPREIT's operational goals within tenancy legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate tenant profiles and rent roll in SAP
• Manage lease renewals and banking info for EFT setup
• Complete lease corrections and prepare late rent notices
• Approve hydro invoices and tenant chargebacks
• Provide revenue analytics for accounts receivable
