Register customer return parcels in the warehouse management system, and sort, pack, and consolidate returned goods into containers according to operational and quality requirements.
Support inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, and internal movement of goods when required.
Provide customer support related to returns, shipments, and warehouse operations, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Maintain effective internal communication with the head office and other departments to ensure smooth logistics and operational coordination.
Follow warehouse procedures, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations is preferred.
