Retail Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager – Owen Sound

We’re hiring leaders for Best Buy’s newest store in Owen Sound. The positions are available immediately. Retail Store Manager (General Manager)

Responsibilities:

You will oversee all aspects of the store, lead the team, partner with all areas of the business and vendors, and maintain the store’s KPI and profit & loss. Lead, coach and develop staff to create an inclusive, fun and safe work environment. Ensure store KPIs are met and profit and loss targets are achieved. Engage the floor to increase employee engagement and customer experience. Travel to other store locations for training during the first two months. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience as a retail store manager. 5+ years of leading a large retail team and managing operational expenses and revenue.
