The main purpose of this position is to handle negotiating and sourcing all related retail leasing functions for the portfolio and new developments within the group.

MUST HAVE: National retail experience Strong negotiation experience Senior consultant – preferably Retail Leasing Manager experience Duties & Responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 (Matric), Relevant Diploma or Degree 3 years’ experience in retail leasing Shopping Centre experience is an advantage Retail experience is essential Relevant Fidelity Fund qualifications would be advantageous Strong personal relationships with national tenants
