Elevate shopping experiences as a Retail Brand Ambassador at AEO. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and foster brand loyalty in a lively shopping setting. As part of AEO, this part time position emphasizes your love for AE and Aerie. Utilizing the AEO Selling Model, you'll ensure customers find exactly what they're looking for while assisting in various store areas, including Sales, Cash & Wrap, and the Stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers using the AEO Selling Model
• Provide product education on AE and Aerie
• Introduce customers to the AEO loyalty program
• Support in Cash & Wrap and Fitting Room areas
• Proactively address guest concerns as needed

Qualifications

• Passion for interacting with guests
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Adaptable availability for evenings and weekends
