This full-time position provides essential support to the Store Manager in managing retail operations. The role requires overseeing safety, assisting with store layout planning, and addressing customer concerns. Candidates must have strong retail experience, especially with second-hand merchandise, to meet the organization’s mission effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure customer and staff safety within the store
• Assist in planning attractive store layouts
• Handle customer concerns promptly and courteously
• Support cash operations and manage nightly deposits
• Oversee inventory control and pricing of donations
Requirements:
• Completed post-secondary program in Retail Management
• Two years of retail experience preferred
• Basic accounting and cash handling expertise
