This Restructuring & Insolvency team handles the full spectrum of work relating to financially distressed businesses, advising on formal and informal insolvency procedures, restructuring, turnaround and asset recovery. An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Insolvency lawyer to join the Restructuring & Insolvency team of one of the most successful and respected law firms in Italy. 

The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with up to two years’ post-qualification experience gained in litigation, arbitration, corporate and bankruptcy consultancy.
