Job Description
-Manage and supervise store staff, including shift scheduling and performance monitoring
-Support sales promotion activities and overall sales/operation management
-Coordinate with business partners and support negotiations when necessary
-Support new store openings and manage store equipment and operations
-Provide Japanese translation support and facilitate internal communication
-Work hands-on in store operations, including cooking and customer service when required
-Participate in training and development programs to prepare for future responsibilities in new business format launches and top-store management roles
