Position Details
We run 2 Indian restaurants, in Lochem and Appingedam in The Netherlands, which are small tourist town in remote area in Netherlands. Where we cook traditional Indian food for our customers. Where we use all the fresh ingredients for our dishes. From very small spice mix to the finished products all of them we make from fresh ingredients.
As a self-employed Indian cook, we like to perform you independently according to the menu. Usually on a busy night we make over 90 different dishes within 3 hours (between 5 to 8pm.). Along with that you also need to make early preparations for the rush hours, and very basic cleaning for end of the day.
Experience and education are not required for this position. But it will be an advantage because the Indian cooking style is very much different than the other European cooking.
