Graduate of a recognized Respiratory Therapy education program; and
Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapists (CSRT) certification; and
Certified Respiratory Educator (CRE); including completion of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) course, Asthma course, and Education for Chronic Disease Course; and
Current CPR level C or BLS HCP certificate; and
Minimum of 3 years' respiratory care experience within the past 5 years, in a variety of treatment settings such as hospital, emergency, and at least one year experience in community and/or outpatient care; and
Specific training and practice in pulmonary rehabilitation, asthma education, respiratory home care, home ventilation and sleep disorders; and
