About the Job

We are searching for an accomplished and innovative Resort Manager to lead our multi‑departmental team at Northern Lights Village Pyhä . As the driving force behind the resort’s overall success, you will oversee the Experiences, Restaurant, Front Office, and Housekeeping teams, ensuring every part of the guest experience meets our high standards. You will work collaboratively with the department Supervisors, inspire staff across the resort, and maintain our standards of warm, personalised service.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Oversee all daily operations and departmental functions (Experiences, Restaurant, Front Office, Housekeeping) to maintain smooth coordination and a seamless guest experience

• Implement standard operating procedures to uphold brand standards and regulatory requirements
