Our client, a growing private company with a real estate and investment arm is seeking an In-House Lawyer to manage and oversee the legal aspects of high-volume residential real estate and mortgage transactions. This role is responsible for end-to-end transaction management, including reviewing mortgage commitments and loan documentation, supervising title searches, resolving title issues, and coordinating closing logistics with borrowers and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely fundings.
