Responsibilities

• Perform the same duties as workers supervised
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Co‑ordinate, assign and review work
• Sell travel products and travel insurance

• Computer and technology knowledge; MS Outlook; travel software packages
• Experience in airport ticket sales
