Position Details
Job Description- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure timely, accurate, and insightful deliverables
- Partner with department heads and senior leadership to provide strategic financial guidance and performance analysis
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements
- Manage and optimize financial operations using MS Dynamics ERP and other relevant systems
- Drive cost management initiatives and support capital planning efforts
