Position Details
Job Description- Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to support business growth across design, marketing, retail, supply chain, and corporate functions.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with department heads to define role requirements, succession planning, and workforce forecasting.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and engagement with fashion industry professionals and institutions.
- Oversee employer branding initiatives, including social media presence, career site content, and participation in fashion industry events and job fairs.
