Account Development Representative, General Medicine (Montreal Island/Laval)
Responsibilities
Contact physicians (specialists and family practice) and other healthcare professionals (e.g., nurses, pharmacists) to develop business and expand clinical use of Amgen products in the territory.
Achieve monthly sales objectives and maximum market share versus competitive products.
Write and implement territory business plans and create/develop innovative programs to build competitive advantage for Amgen within key accounts.
Respond to customer needs and maintain high‑quality service via knowledge of applicable therapeutic areas, appropriate patient management, resolving reimbursement issues, and supporting fulfillment.
Work closely with internal partners (MSL, Marketing Patient Access Navigator, Key Accounts).
Carry out marketing strategies, including delivering branded sales messages.
