: Reporting Project Manager - Central Reporting Team F/M

This role sits in our Global Operations (COO) function, in the Performance & Productivity team. We’re responsible for how Operations measures itself globally – the KPIs we track, how we report performance, and how leaders get the insight they need to run a 17,000‑person organisation across 50+ business units.

We’re looking for someone who can own the delivery of reporting and dashboards end‑to‑end: understanding what senior stakeholders really need to see, coordinating data and inputs from around the world, and turning that into reliable, usable dashboards and reports. If you’re comfortable sitting between business and technical teams, enjoy making messy data and requirements clear, and have already led reporting or BI projects, this role is for you.
