Your role as a Repair Technician:
Receive motherboards from MRB and register them in SAP and the repair system Return repaired or failed units to Warehouse or CM (RTV) via SAP Perform basic repairs: visual checks, board‑level data review, BOM/ECO checks, firmware updates, and CPLD tool usage Document cosmetic issues with photos, organize files, and prepare weekly summaries Run motherboard-level functional tests Apply software ECOs for firmware upgrades/downgrades
