PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a dependable and safety?focused **Form Maintenance Technician** to support manufacturing operations. This role is essential in ensuring forms and hardware are properly cleaned, maintained, stored, and prepared for production use. You will work on the production floor with hands-on responsibilities that require attention to detail, consistent quality, and strict adherence to safety guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Clean rubber and other foreign material from forms and hardware
+ Clean form clips and replace hardware when necessary
+ Inspect and install metal clips on the bottom of forms
+ Measure form lengths as needed to ensure accuracy
+ Assist with form inventory management
+ Assist in packing forms for storage or shipment
+ Maintain clear and accurate records of form sets reworked
