JOB TITLE : Rep Services Representative - Champ Jewelry
Responsibilities
- Handle all phone and written communications with field sales reps concerning account set-up (new accounts and product offerings) and maintenance as well as day-to-day activities including warranty issues. Also provides sales training as necessary.
- Interface with manufacturing plants and other support groups to resolve work‑in‑process issues and customer inquiries.
- Gather and disperse information to sales force, sales management and plants on orders, repairs, and delivery events.
- Communicate special handling of orders and accounts to office and plant personnel. Includes monitoring of sales reservation system.
- Team participation and responsibilities including cross‑functional coverage.
- Interact with Product and Marketing Specialists to ensure the best solution for the customer’s needs.
