• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide information about our products and services to potential and existing customers
• Upsell and cross-sell our services to customers to generate sales leads
• Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
• Document customer interactions and record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate person or department
