Primops is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Organizational Recruiter to identify qualified candidates and guide them through early recruitment stages. You will conduct outbound calls, perform structured screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers in a fast-paced, remote setting.

You will manage candidate records, leverage CRM/ATS tools, and ensure timely communication and updates to applicants while meeting daily activity goals and contributing to onboarding and training
