PetDesk is looking for a PiMS Coordinator to streamline transitions for accounts moving between Practice Information Management Systems (PiMS). This role acts as the technical liaison during account adjustments, ensuring a smooth process for customers across North America.

Fluency in English is crucial, as you will be assisting customers via remote engagements, managing technical coordination and documentation of the switch cycle. This is a fully remote position based in Latin America.
