Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing professional, accurate, and timely responses.
- Assist customers with product-related questions, issues, and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support when necessary and escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain customer records and document interactions in the CRM system.
- Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in customer service processes and workflows.
Qualifications & Skills
- Language Skills: Native or fluent in Italian; proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
